Shannon is a superb agent!! She is everything and more we were looking for. We flew in town out of state for just a week for the purpose of finding our dream home and had no time to waste. I contacted Shannon and she got right to business. She understood our needs from the beginning. Shannon was able to set up showings for all of the homes that I wanted to see while in town. She made time for us, and made sure that I got to see all 25 or more homes while in town. Shannon is knowledgeable, patient, professional and a great communicator. Even though we had to fly back home after our offer was accepted Shannon kept the process going smooth throughout. She answered all of our questions and worked very hard during the tough negotiation period. She is a go-getter and will get the job done no matter what it takes. She’s the real deal!! She works very fast and does not stop until you're in your home. Even after you move in, she makes sure everything worked out and settled in. She works very hard for her clients. I honestly loved working with her. I explained my situation with her (divorced mom, two kids) and she was very sympathetic to my situation and made sure I got a great deal and in the location I needed to be in.
