I just wanted to say that Jennifer Charchuk is a gem! She is so helpful as a realtor and the fact that she was also a Katy transplant really helps ease your mind when making such big life changes because she truly could relate to the stress and logistics. I love all her intimate/insider knowledge of Katy- even down to daycares, doctors, and the best happy hours... who does that? So funny and PATIENT...really above and beyond what I expected from a realtor- I told her she should change her business card to Realtor/Relocation Specialist!
